Once I receive your payment, the items you purchased will ship in the next 1-2 days. Can I ship my purchase to someone as a gift? TOP
Yes. Just let me know that it is a gift and enter the shipping address at checkout. I will enclose a gift packing list that does not list any prices on it. Also, let me know if you want a message included to the recipient. The recipient can also exchange a non-custom piece within 30 days for an item of equal or greater value. What is your return policy? All of my jewelry is guaranteed. If you are not happy with your piece, please contact me within 10 days with your concerns. I want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return your item for a full refund, minus the shipping and handling within 14 days of original shipping date. If the item is a gift, the person can exchange it within 30 days for an item of equal or greater value.
All of the glass beads used in my jewelry have been properly kiln annealed for strength and durability. The glass is sturdy, however, the wearer should keep in mind that it is glass and may crack or break if handled improperly or roughly. In most cases, the lampwork beads are one of a kind and cannot be exactly replicated. What if my jewelry breaks? TOP
I use only the finest jewelry making supplies from the best manufacturers. In the unlikely event that a piece should break, you will need to send me the pieces so that I can repair it for you. If a lampwork bead breaks, I can not guarantee that I can replace that bead as often they are one of a kind designs. I can redesign the piece around the remaining components, adding more crystal or sterling beads at a nominal cost. We can discuss the options should that situation arise. Do you do custom orders? TOP
